P7 pupils recently enjoyed a fantastic Bowls programme, led by Nigel and John, who visited the school on several occasions to teach P6 and P7 the fundamentals of the game. The sessions were great fun and helped build skills and confidence, all leading up to an exciting final tournament at Rathfriland Bowling Club. The pupils competed brilliantly against Annaclone, Bronte, Drumadonnell and Iveagh. Congratulations to Annaclone on securing victory in their first year competing! The event was made even more special with a visit from Gary McElroy, Head Coach of the Senior Irish Team.
